Start with dry hands and face. Glide the spatula lightly across the top of balm to fill the larger part of the disk. Warm up with fingertips and gently massage into skin for about a minute, focusing on areas with more makeup.

"Not my favourite product from Tatcha. If you rely on this cleanser alone and don’t remove mascara beforehand, you’ll have to rub for quite a while to wash off the colour completely, and it still leaves dark traces around the eyes. Even after pre-cleansing, it gives the effect of darkened eyes. On top of that, within just two days it stripped away the tint from my lashes and brows, which was supposed to last at least a couple of weeks. As for cleansing the whole face, for my problematic skin with uneven tone, enlarged pores and blackheads, this isn’t the best option. It doesn’t give me freshness, an even skin tone, or any noticeable benefits."
